The sales manager was a good experience, however they will charge 3% for a debit card. That's $300 on a 10,000 purchase. Nope.

Sales, parts, and service dept are always extremely helpful. Bought mowers, and my fav place to checkout and buy the latest Stihl equipment. Great atmosphere there, the sales team aren't too pushy like some places. All departments are very knowledgeable. I Highly recomend!!!

I’ve purchased two chainsaws from this store, and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service and honesty here are absolutely top-notch. I stopped by today to speak with one of their technicians and was given excellent, helpful advice. Even though I’ve since moved farther away, I still make the trip because the level of service here is unmatched. I recently tried dealing with a competitor closer to my new location and had a disappointing experience. Just another reminder of how much better this store is. Highly recommended!

These guys were pretty easy to work with. They helped me over the phone and had the parts I needed in stock. Definitely a place I'm going to keep in mind for next time

Great customer service! Purchased a tractor and the experience has been great. They bent over backwards for me and you don't see that much anymore.
